This is the Battle-Ready Terminator action figure from the Terminator 2 movie series, released by Kenner in the 1990s.
Product Details
Series: This particular package was re-released around 1997 in conjunction with the Universal Studios attraction T2 3-D: Battle Across Time (known as Terminator 2:3-D in Japan).
In addition to the figure itself, it comes with a large weapon accessory called Duo Swing Down Cannons.
