In excellent condition! Antique ANRI hand-carved and hand painted wooden mechanical bottle stopper featuring a folk-art person in top hat with a working lever on the back that moves the arm to raise a drink to his mouth. He is wearing a green sweater jacket with orange tie and brown top hat with brown hair. Hand-carved from wood with an integrated natural cork base, produced in Italy or Germany during the mid-20th century.
